At PYOU'RE Life Behavioral Health and Wellness, LLC, we evaluate, diagnose and treat children, adolescents, and adults ages 6-55 years old with mental health conditions such as Depression, Anxiety, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), Conduct Disorder, Mood Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and insomnia. We believe in a holistic approach to treating mental illness and combine natural remedies, medication, and supportive psychotherapy to treat the whole person. Not only does our provider treat your existing conditions, she also educates her patients on ways to prevent other mental health illness from occurring. Services provided at PYOU'RE Life include 60-minute New Patient Evaluations and 30-minute Follow-up/Medication Management visits conducted virtually. The New Patient Evaluation fee is $250, the Medication Management/Follow-up fee is $125, & the ESA letter fee is $100. Patients are recommended to participate in therapy or skills training/development, even when they are receiving medication treatment. We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum Behavioral Health (the mental health servicer for United Healthcare), Evernorth Behavioral Health (the mental health servicer for Cigna), and UMR (another United Healthcare servicer) insurances. For those paying out of pocket, we can provide a Super Bill to present to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. Currently, accepted forms of payment are all major credit cards, debit cards, & HSA cards with a credit card logo. Invoices are sent via the patient portal account &/or via a payment link, electronically via email.
For crisis emergencies, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room! You may contact your provider for non-emergent questions or concerns that may be related to your mental health treatment. Telepsychiatry is the delivery of psychiatric assessments and ongoing care via telecommunications technology such as videoconferencing or virtual visits. These virtual visits allow you to complete your scheduled appointments from the comfort of your own home OR other location where privacy can be maintained, using your mobile device, computer, or tablet. Once you schedule your appointment, you will be sent the next steps sign up for the telehealth platform. Adequate internet service on your electronic device will be necessary in order to complete your telepsychiatry (virtual) visits. If there are any connection issues with the primary communications platform used to conduct telehealth visits, an alternate telehealth option will be provided. Please ensure that you have adequate WIFI connection in the area that you will take the virtual call to avoid needing to reschedule.
At PYOU'RE Life Behavioral Health and Wellness, LLC, we do understand that everyone has unplanned events that demand immediate attention and do require cancellation of appointments. However, we ask that you understand that your booked time is set aside especially for you and that when you cancel your appointment, that visit is a timeframe that another patient could have received the care and treatment they needed. Therefore, if you must cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged $60 for your missed appointment. Likewise, not showing up for a scheduled appointment will also incur a $60 late fee. If you are more than 15 mins late for an appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule you for another time, and your appointment time may not be extended. If you need to cancel an appointment, you can do so through the Patient Portal link, email us, or call the office directly.
Currently our office hours are Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 9AM - 5PM. The office is closed for appointments on Wednesday and Thursday, however, we do answer and return calls each of the week M-F. Our office is also closed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and we are to reserved all major holidays. Please include your FIRST & LAST name, a call back phone number, & a brief message pertaining to the nature of your call. We will contact you back within 48 hours! Medication refills are only provided during an office visit. Your provider will ensure that you have enough medication until your next visit. Extenuating circumstances will need to be discussed with your provider.
